I believe your Quantaray lens has an aperture ring and that it’s not set to the automatic or “A” setting. Check your lens and look for the aperture ring. It should either be set to the “A” setting (if it has one) or to the lowest aperture setting (usually 22 or 32) and that should get rid of the Av flashing.
