Camera Meter

What kind of camera (not ProMaster) has manual shutter speed, internal light meter, and adjustable aperture?
I’m starting a Photo1 class at school, and I need a film camera that has a manual shutter speed, internal light meter, adjustable aperature, and is CHEAP. is there anything (even if used or refurbished) out there like this for less than $150?
Look for a used Nikon FM2 or Pentax K1000. I think Nikon still makes the FM10, which is cheap, but not terribly rugged. But if you go that route, you might as well buy a Promaster.
