What camera and microphone do you recommend for internet video?

I'm making a consumer product review Web Site and want to make videos to supplement my content. What kind of cameras, microphones and lighting equipment and have all recommend? If you are a seller of member through Amazon, I'll buy through you if you have a good reccomendation. Oh yes, and I have to eliminate background noise, I live near a highway.
