Would a plastic body Polaroid pack film camera need any alterations to be compatible with Fuji Instant Film?

I was looking to buy something along the lines of a Big Swinger for my friend, after buying her a 600 series and realizing it would be far too expensive for her to keep buying film for it at $40+ for 10 shots.

I’m not too sure about the Big Swinger, but from my own experience The Reporter is a pretty nice little camera. It even folds up so battery drain is not constant (there is no on/off switch – just light hitting the metering sensor). The Reporter can use Fuji FP-100C, FP-100B, and FP-3000B. For the 100s, some little bits of tweaking will be needed to get exposure all good, but it’s a pretty good stop-gap.

Just remember to see if there’s a Cold Clip included in the camera – if you live anywhere with colder temperatures those things are life-savers. Lastly, having a bag handy to keep the part of the film that is peeled off after development is also quite helpful.
