It's a bottom of the mini digital video camera Samsung line pretty good picture quality for television?
I bought one the last week and want to make a documentary and my fingers are crossed to be good enough for television. This starts with the quality of the camera I guess.
In fact, the camera is only part of the "system." Someone knowledgeable experts and framing, audio, lighting, and understand the limitations of equipment they are using, editing and all the other things that will make it attractive and interesting content will provide content much higher than someone without knowledge and skills with available equipment more expensive. Some tips to practice before we started shooting the film: 1) Shoot in good light. camcorders consumers do not behave well in low light. Turn on the lights or use a video light. Know the limitations of your camera and stay away from lighting features that make video poor. 2) NEVER NEVER record video when the camcorder is handheld. Human beings were not built to be constant. No amount of optical and digital stabilization can correct this. ALWAYS use a tripod – a monopod if you must – but this is not recommended. Even the floor, a chair or table is better than the handheld. I made a mount shoulder (check the "SpiderBrace") PVC pipe and other parts found in the garage. 3) NEVER use the digital zoom. Is useless. Off. If you have to approach something, you can use only the optical zoom to zoom the camera or get physically close to the subject. 4) If you MUST zoom, zoom SLOWL Y. Wait time before the zoom is reversed – better yet, do not reverse the zoom. 5) If you have bread (up / down / left / right), bread SLOWL Y. Wait a while before to turn over the pan or move in another direction – better yet, no bread. 6) The next time you watch TV, pay attention to the camera shots and angles. If you want video to look better, then do what the professionals. 7) Script of the documentary as much as possible. Video Capture more than necessary – "b-roll." Cut scenes of evil using your video editor. 
Hopefully, the camera that has a microphone jack for can use the external microphone … or, will have a field audio recorder like the M-Audio, Marantz, Sony, Edirol, Fostex, Tascam, Zoom and others … or not using audio live and the project will be narrated. Consumer cameras have built-in microphones, but are not very good – and most consumer cameras do not have the manual audio control (very important for audio settings too high or too low). Use an external condenser microphone. There is much more, but this should help you get started.
