Camera Quick Release Plate

On tripods for cameras, how do you plan to unscrew the camera from the quick realease plate without damaging it?

My Camera is stuck in the release plate with no apparent safely delete it. Here is a tripod Hama Star 61 Do you know how tight they have so that the screw on the plate you release?

Must be something in the dish to turn it off. What is the make and model of the tripod? I know nothing about that kind of tripod. Try taking it to the store where purchased and ask if you can help him. It should be as tight enough to hold safely.
