Need help off camera flash?

well, i have a promaster 5600 and i’m using it with my nikon d80. i recently made a beautydish for it, but is there any way i can use it off camera? i’ve looked for some wireless transmitters/recievers, but the flash isn’t on the list of speedlites that are compatible…thanks in advance!!!
