I am planning to buy a cellphone PDA instead of buying a GPS device, so can any one tell me which one or which module is the best choice for me to look at? I also want some extra such as camera, wifi…etc(I am using T-Mobile right now)

That would be the Nokia N95, you just have to wait till March when they release it for sale. It may be a bit pricy but it’s worth it it has lotsa amazing features. If you need pocket computer with GPS that’s your toy!
