Camera Wizard Not Working
Why wont my computer recognise my camera?
Ok I have a Leica C-Lux 1 that used to just plug into a usb and be recognised straight away. Now it does not recognise it at all. Have tried the scanner wizard etc (windows xp) but no luck, the USB works as it recognises ipod. Any ideas?

Roy – have tried what you said but it wont fully install again, 4 ports have the yellow mark..
Go to start>control panel>system>hardware>device manager and look for any devices with a yellow exclamation point.
If there are, right click on it and select properties>driver>uninstall>OK>OK
then right click on your computer icon on the top and select “scan for hardware changes”
Easiest and most sure fire fix is to get a flash memory card reader. For about $20 locally or <$10 over the internet, you'll never have to worry about these things with this or any other camera again.
