Photos Into Paintings Software

What Software lets you take pictures (photos, logos, etc), and converts them into line art?

I am looking for a software, that takes graphics (clip art, paintings, maybe even photos), and adds outlining around every part of them, making them look like line art.

Photobucket is also offering this and many other options. You can use it online by creating a account and upload the pictures you wish to transform. Afterwards you can keep them in an online-album and/or save them to your computer again. It´s safe and free. I´m using it since many years. I never received any spam from this site and it´s really easy to handle.
