to transfer pics from your computer ..put the pictures u want to transfer to iphone in one folder and connect ur iphone and open iTunes ->click on your iphone from left side ->and open “Photos” from the tabs ->tick “sync photos from”->from drop dawn select “chose folder” and give the folder->then click Sync from right bottom
